The Motus Strength Outsole has an enhanced traction 2mm sole with raised 1.5mm lugs, engineered for the best grip and durability on a variety of terrains. The high midfoot sidewalls are designed with cross training in mind, providing optimised support during lateral movements or changes in direction. Made to support and root active feet, without compromising on flexibility.

Remarkable Comfort

The toebox is generously wide with an extraordinary stable and grippy outsole.
There’s plenty of flex due to the construction materials, some reviewers online find it not too breathable. I must say I disagree. There’s adequate ventilation and in the right areas also, just put your foot next to a fan and you can feel when the ventilated holes actually are.

I am impressed and I’m sure vivobarefoot will continue to research and develop better shoes with each new iteration.
