Exchange & Return

We would like to work together with you to minimize the carbon footprint & the extra packaging material generated from the return/exchange process, let alone your invaluable time cost.

If you are not 100% sure about your sizing or have any questions about our products, please connect with our team at support@barefoot.asia or WhatsApp at +852 96621874.  Our team will support you with more information and help you find the best-fit barefoot footwear. Thank you for your conscious choice.

Need a different size or style….

We got you covered. If the item(s) doesn’t meet your expectations, you can exchange, return or refund it within 7 days of receiving it.

Return items must be unused and in resalable condition. Returns that do not meet our 
requirements will be sent back to you.

Please note that only items sold at an original price are eligible for Return & Exchange.

At this moment, free return service is only available in Hong Kong. For customers in Hong Kong, you can bring the product back to our store for free or send it back by SF Express at your own cost.

For other regions, customers are responsible for the return postage and we do recommend using a trackable option to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Our team is exploring a better solution for other regions. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.


4 Steps to Return

Step 1: Log in to your account on Barefoot Asia. If you don’t have an account, please create one on Barefoot Asia.

Step 2: Create an exchange or return in your account. If there is anything else you feel we should know, please write legibly on it too.

Step 3: Once your exchange/return request is submitted. Please write down the order number (e.g. #BFAxxxx) on a piece of paper & enclosed it in the original shoe box. You can bring the product back to our store for free or send it back by SF Express at your own cost.

Step 4: Once received, our team will review your request in the next 3-5 days and you will get a notification email.
