We are thrilled to announce the significant upgrade of the Barefoot Asia Loyalty Program, launching on November 20, 2025. We are delighted to present a complete optimization of our loyalty program, offering enhanced opportunities to earn rewards and access exclusive perks. Below are several key updates, inviting you to step up with us to revel in the extraordinary joy of the barefoot lifestyle, as well as nourishing your body, mind, and spirit:
1. Three exclusive membership tiers: Introducing our enhanced Membership Program, featuring three exclusive tiers: Tree Frog (Bronze), Gibbon (Silver), and Clouded Leopard (Gold). Points Earning and Redemption methods will vary across the different membership levels. This new structure provides more opportunities for our members to earn rewards. Unlock exclusive benefits: Ascend through tiers for perks and rewards, including early access to new collections and sales, invitations to guest-only events, mindfulness journey experiences, year-round discounts on regular-priced items, and complimentary gifts on birthdays…the list goes on! We're excited to enhance your barefoot journey, striving to make every step along the way more fruitful and effortless.

3. Expiry of Points and Membership Status: Points earned are valid for 6 months, yet your membership tier will remain valid until the end of the following year, enabling you to continue enjoying all the benefits and deepen your connection with mother nature without holding back!
What to expect from November 20, 2025 and onwards?
All current Smile members will be automatically placed into a corresponding membership tier that acknowledges your valued purchase amount spent. You'll be able to view your personalized tier and points status on the Smile launcher after logging into Barefoot Asia website, and explore all the exciting new perks directly within your account at the tip of your finger!
Understanding Your Points and Tier Durability:
Any activity that impacts your point balance – whether it's earning new points from purchases, or redeeming points for discounts, or receiving special point bonuses – will keep your points active. Points earned are valid for 6 months, your membership tier status will last until the end of the following year from the date it's achieved. To re-qualify or ascend through tiers, you must meet the milestones in the subsequent calendar year.
For example, if a customer reaches Clouded Leopard (Gold) tier on 20th November 2025, they enjoy Gold benefits for the rest of 2025 and all of 2026 (i.e. Gold tier total duration: 20th November 2025 to 31st December 2026 for this customer). To maintain Gold tier in 2027, they must re-qualify spending an accumulated amount of HKD$6500 or more throughout the whole year of 2026. Failure to meet this spending requirement will result in a recalculation of their VIP tier based on their 2026 total spending, potentially leading to an adjustment to a different tier.
To help you stay on top of your rewards, we'll send timely email reminders 30 and 3 days before any points expire. We highly encourage you to subscribe to the membership email communications to ensure you don't miss out on receiving these important updates.
