Our Vivobarefoot - Primus Trail Knit Firm Ground sole is ideal for rough, rocky terrains - keeping feet protected but feeling connected to the ground.

The Primus Trail Knit is an evolution of the Primus Trail FG: our original, best-selling trail-running sneaker.

 It features a knit upper for enhanced breathability and purer trail mobility, made with recycled materials, and a sock-like construction to keep out trail debris.

The knitted upper allows for greater flexibility of movement, with excellent breathability for total exploration. Rewild your feet, body and brain while reconnecting to nature.

Firm Ground Outsole

The Firm Ground Sole offers multi terrain traction and a sticky rubber compound for all round grip and durability. 2.5mm base and 4mm lug height designed to maximise ground feel and grip on everything from wet and dry, rocky and firm terrain. The textured arch provides zonal grip for technical trail movement.

Recycled Materials

Made from recycled materials, reusing post-consumer plastic waste, helping to reduce our waste to landfill.

Ortholite Insole

The Active Ortholite Performance Insole is made of 98% recycled PU foam, which helps reduce waste and the use of virgin plastics.

Vegan / Animal Free

Made from materials that are free from animal products. 

Puncture Resistant

The Pro5 Puncture Resistant finish is a lightweight and flexible 0.8mm layer on the sole. Protective underfoot to keep painful bits out, but still letting all the feeling in.
