Good for gym, a little extra padding feels good for lifting, etc. Was hoping could also use for dance/martial arts practice at same time but too sticky on the floor and cannot pivot as I need to.
I am soooo glad I bought these shoes! I've tried so many different brands of shoes and all of them would cause excruciating pain after about an hour. I can wear my Xero shoes all day and have absolutely no pain at all! They are a complete life changer!

Got the new gray/ olive and unfortunately had the one in a million defect. Quick call to the customer service team and they shipped out my replacements the second I had the exchanges in the mail. The shoes are super cool, comfortable and durable so far. A little more padding on soul than I’m used to but does not hinder performance. Love them!
