Introduction
We are a small boutique gym in Sheung Wan, offering strength, HIT and HYROX group classes as well as Personal Trainings on two floors. Our vibes are dark lights, loud music and all are welcome to sweat it out with us!

Especially in lower body strength classes and Personal Trainings we encourage our clients to use barefoot shoes to have a better grip and improve their performance during training.
