I've been using the Vivobarefoot for a while now, and the biggest standout feature is definitely the grip. Whether I'm lifting, doing strength work, or moving through dynamic exercises, the traction feels incredibly secure and stable.
The barefoot design also gives me a much better connection to the ground. During squats and deadlifts especially, I can feel force being transferred more directly compared to traditional cushioned trainers.
That said, I'm still adapting to barefoot footwear. The lack of cushioning means walking long distances can feel a bit harsh, especially if you're used to conventional running shoes. Because of that, I mainly use them indoors at the gym rather than as an everyday walking shoe.
